The Saphere BI Migration Rapid Assessment Service couples our knowledge of migration with a targeted examination of your environment. By applying proven practices, we can help you identify the right migration strategy and recommended
approaches.

An initial session will be conducted to identify resources, understand migration objectives, set expectations, and scope and collect documentation. We will work with
key stakeholders to:

• Understand your current reporting environment
• Determine and understand the migration objectives
• Obtain and prioritize a list of migration objects involved in the project
• Deliver an upgrade proposal identifying key areas to be considered

Following the session, we will undertake an exercise to provide an inventory of your current Saphere Series 7 environment. This will include an assessment of the existing infrastructure, architecture, performance and capacity, and data migration objects (e.g., metadata definition and structures, as well as report functionality, volumes).

Based on the information gathered, we will identify options to achieve your business objectives in Cognos 8 BI.
